Mail-In Lens Service

For maximum accuracy, customers may mail one or both lenses directly to FormFix. We measure your lenses directly and fit them into our FormFix frame system.

This service is ideal if you want the most precise fit possible, or if your lenses are an unusual shape or thickness that may be difficult to capture accurately with photos.
