Getting a custom replacement frame is simple. You keep your lenses — we handle everything else.
Step 1: Remove One Lens
Carefully remove one lens from your broken frame. Don't worry — you won't need to mail it to us.
Step 2: Take Two Photos
Place the lens next to a standard credit card on a flat surface and take two photos:
- Top View — looking straight down at the lens
- Side View — looking at the lens from the side to capture its thickness and curve
Step 3: Submit for Review
Upload your photos through our submission form. Our team will review your lens dimensions and confirm whether we can manufacture a matching frame.
Step 4: We Design & Manufacture Your Frame
Once approved, we design and 3D-print a custom replacement frame built precisely around your lenses. No guesswork. No compromise.
