Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need my original frame?

No. You only need one of your existing lenses. We use photos of the lens — not the frame — to design your replacement. Your broken frame can be helpful as a reference, but it is not required.

Can you replace any frame?

We can work with most standard prescription lenses. After you submit your photos, our team will review your lens shape and dimensions to confirm compatibility. If we can't manufacture a match, we'll let you know before any payment is collected.

Do I need special tools?

No special tools required. Most lenses can be gently popped out by hand or with a soft cloth. If your lenses are difficult to remove, a basic eyeglass screwdriver (available at most pharmacies) may help.

Do I need to mail my lenses?

No. While we do offer a mail in option, it is usually not required. Everything is done primarily through photos. Your lenses stay with you throughout the entire process.

How long does the process take?

After your photo submission is reviewed and approved, manufacturing typically takes 1–2 business days. We'll keep you updated at every step.

What if my frame doesn't fit?

If your frame arrives and your lenses do not fit properly, contact us within 14 days and send photos of the issue. We will review the fitment problem and work with you to resolve it, which may include adjustments, replacement parts, or a replacement frame.
